These Terms explain the ground rules for using the ReserveAz app, website, and related services. By creating an account or using ReserveAz, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service overview
ReserveAz helps guests discover places, request reservations, receive booking updates, and communicate about reservation details.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. We may suspend access when we believe an account is misused, compromised, or used in a way that may harm users or ReserveAz.
Reservations
A reservation is only confirmed after the venue accepts it. Venues can accept, decline, change, or cancel a request because of availability, their own rules, or safety concerns. ReserveAz helps pass on those updates, but we cannot promise a specific table, service, price, menu item, or wait time.
User content
You may submit messages, reviews, support reports, photos, notes, and other content. You must have the rights to submit that content, and it must not be illegal, misleading, abusive, unsafe, or infringe someone else's rights. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
Payments and charges
Unless we clearly say otherwise, the venue handles payments, deposits, minimum spend, refunds, and charges under its own rules. Check important prices and venue rules with the venue directly.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false reservations, spam, abusive messages, or fraudulent information.
- Do not interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not use ReserveAz to violate law, business policies, or another person's rights.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep ReserveAz reliable, but online services can be delayed or interrupted. To the extent the law allows, ReserveAz is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by using the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. If updates are material, we may ask account holders to accept the current Terms in the app.
