Data Requests
ReserveAz users may request access, export, correction, deletion, restriction, or consent changes for personal information connected to their account.
How to submit a request
Use the in-app Help & Support flow, or email us. Include:
- Your account email, phone number, or username.
- The request type: access, export, correction, deletion, restriction, or consent change.
- Enough detail for us to identify the relevant account or reservation.
Verification
We may ask for additional verification before changing or releasing personal data. We do this to protect accounts, guests, and reservation records.
What we can provide
Depending on the account and request type, exports may include account profile details, reservation records, support reports, review data, social plan records, and chat or reservation interaction records connected to the requester.
Limits
We may limit, redact, anonymize, or deny requests where required to protect other users, security, legal obligations, confidential business information, or fraud-prevention records.
