Content Rules
These rules apply to content submitted to ReserveAz, including photos, reviews, messages, menus, support reports, venue information, and uploaded files.
Your responsibility
- Submit only content you own or have permission to use.
- Get permission before uploading identifiable images of guests or other people.
- Keep venue, menu, price, availability, and reservation information accurate.
Content that is not allowed
- Illegal, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or dangerous content.
- Private personal information, impersonation, fraud, spam, malware, or misleading claims.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Review and enforcement
We may review, limit, hide, reject, or remove content and may restrict accounts that violate these rules. Content awaiting review is not guaranteed to appear publicly.
Reports and appeals
Report unsafe, illegal, misleading, or infringing content through in-app support or by email. Include the content, venue or account, reason, and any supporting information. You may ask us to review a moderation decision.
