Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your ReserveAz account in the app. We verify every request before deleting account data.
In the app
- Open ReserveAz.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Delete my account.
- Read the information, then send the deletion request.
By email
Email us from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject line "ReserveAz account deletion request".
What deletion means
After verification, we delete or remove identifying details from account profile details, contact details, guest preferences, social data, and content where technically and legally possible. We may keep limited records for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, a dispute, or audit history.
Timing
We aim to review verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or operational constraints.
